Continuous high-resolution vertical profiles for nitrite, nitrate, oxygen, pH and Chlorophyll in Narragansett Bay during August 31, 2000. The vertical chemical profiles were obtained simultaneously by deploying the SubChemPak Analyzer on a vertical profiling package with a CTD and other sensors. The higher nitrate levels in surface waters are attributed to sewage treatment plant inputs into the upper Bay waters.
